Terms of Service – Quick Order Tool

Effective Date: February 20, 2025

  1. Eligibility and Scope

    • The Tool is available to all users; however, we only process and fulfill orders within the United States.
    • By using the Tool, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

  2. Quotes and Orders

    • The Tool allows you to configure and save custom cabinet door and wall panel orders.
    • All quotes generated in the Tool are estimates only and are subject to review by our sales team.
    • Submission of an order through the Tool does not constitute a binding purchase contract. A binding agreement occurs only when our sales team issues a formal invoice.
    • Orders under 40 sq. ft. of material (per material type) are subject to a small order fee. If two or more materials are below 40 sq. ft., each is subject to the fee.

  3. Use of the Tool

    • You agree not to engage in fraudulent use of the Tool or submit false orders.
    • You agree not to scrape, copy, or otherwise misuse data from the Tool.
    • You agree not to resell or provide unauthorized access to the Tool.

  4. Accuracy and Availability

    • While we strive to provide accurate pricing, configurations, and availability, errors may occur.
    • We reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, or modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

  5. Termination and Suspension

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Tool at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    • The Tool is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind.
    • 27estore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Tool.

  7. Governing Law

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
    • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.

  8. Changes to Terms

    • We may update these Terms from time to time.
    • The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
    • Continued use of the Tool constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
